今週の土日、和歌山県海南市で行われる「第13回やきとリンピックin海南」にて、やきとり食文化の新たな演出を図るプロジェクトを発表します。

世界に発信される２つの「JAPAN」 YAKITORI × KISYU / 漆器

和歌山の若手漆器職人たちやフランス仕込みのテーブルコーディネーター、日本を代表するやきとり職人があつまる全国やきとり連絡協議会と開発を進めてきました。

やきとリンピックは第13回を迎え、おととしのフィレンツェ大会から関わらせていただいてます。当日は会場にいる予定ですので、関西圏の方ややきとり大好きな方、ぜひいろんな種類のやきとり、こだわりのやきとり、そして紀州漆器の魅力を味わいに来てください◎

Next week at “13th Yakitorimpic in Kainan” , Wakayama Prefecture, We will announce a special lacquerware project to create a new direction for Yakitori food culture.

Developing with Wakayama young lacquer craftsmen, French trained table coordinators, and the Zenyaren, what is representatives of Yakitori artisan representing Japan.

Yakitorimpic will be held the 13th edition and I have been collaborating since 2 years ago in Florence one.
