collaboration with Leonardo Cappellini at Radaelli Fiori

暮らしに彩りを添えてきたRadaelli Fiori。
昨年に続き、今年もまた、新たな生命の息吹 “IBUKI vase” がその空間に加わりました。
Radaelliでは昨年のデザインウィークから通年でIBUKI vaseをお取り扱いいただいており、
その存在はすっかり街の空気に溶け込み、頼もしく来訪者を迎えてくれているようでした。
改めて感じたのは、花の奥深さと、イタリアにおける日常への花の優しい浸透力。
ミラノの街の風景に寄り添うIBUKI vase。
そのたたずまいは、花と人との対話を静かに導いてくれます。
今年もまた、IBUKI vaseは春のミラノにそっと息づいています。
In the heart of Milan, between Via Montenapoleone and Via Manzoni, Radaelli Fiori has been coloring everyday life with grace and poetry for over a century.
This year too, like a new breath of life, “IBUKI vase” has quietly joined this timeless space.
Since last year’s Design Week, IBUKI vase has lived year-round at Radaelli, now seamlessly woven into the city’s atmosphere, welcoming those who approach with a discreet strength.
Once again, we rediscovered the hidden depth of flowers and their gentle ability to intertwine with everyday Italian life.
IBUKI vase nestles into the Milanese landscape, softly guiding the silent dialogue between flowers and people.
This spring too, IBUKI vase breathes quietly through the streets of Milan.
期間中には、フランスのヘアケアブランド KÉRASTASEとイタリアのALDO COPPOLAによるイベントも行われ、花器たちは文字通り、舞台にそっと花を添えていました。
花を表現の題材として感情を震わせる力強さに目を奪われました。
During the event period, special events were held by the French haircare brand KÉRASTASE and the Italian brand ALDO COPPOLA.
The vases quite literally added a floral touch to the stage, moving us with the powerful emotional force that flowers can evoke.

ミラノでのDenis Guidone Design Studioアシスタントを務めていた時かからお世話になり、現在はトスカーナのオルチャ渓谷の町に拠点を移したKaori Shiina, Riccardo Nardi のお二人を、IBUKI vaseのパートナーLeonardo Cappellini と共に訪ねました。San Quirico d’Orciaという歴史と自然が調和する、トスカーナの小さな宝石のような町です。
彼が運営するManufacto storetore でも、IBUKI vaseをお取り扱いいただくことになりました。
くるくると交わる植物と器のように、人と人との関係性も、ゆっくりと、でも確かに、繋がって広がっていく。そんな輪の真ん中に、このフラワーベースがあることを、嬉しく思います。

During my time as an assistant at Denis Guidone Design Studio, I had the privilege of getting to know and work with Kaori Shiina and Riccardo Nardi, who have since relocated to the Val d’Orcia in Tuscany.
Together with Leonardo Cappellini, partner of IBUKI vase, we recently visited them.
Our destination was San Quirico d’Orcia, a small Tuscan gem where history and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
We are delighted to announce that their Manufacto store will now also carry IBUKI vase.
Just like plants intertwining with vessels, the bonds between people grow, connect, and quietly expand with strength.
We are honored that IBUKI vase now stands at the heart of this network of connections.
